摘要
针对电子束焊接后的Zr-4合金管在腐蚀工况下出现的异常蓝色环状氧化膜,使用XPS,EDX,TEM等分析手段研究了异常氧化膜和正常氧化膜的微观成分和结构。结果表明:正常氧化膜是透明的,异常蓝色氧化膜剥落后,也是透明的;异常蓝色氧化膜中Fe含量明显高于正常氧化膜中的Fe含量;Fe在氧化膜中主要是以氧化物Fe2O3的形式存在,Sn与Zr以SnO2,ZrO2的形式存在。
The abnormal blue oxide films occurred at the heat-affected zone of zircalloy-4 cladding tube after electron beam welding, were studied using XPS, EDX, TEM. The results indicate that iron and tin in the abnormal oxide film exist in the form of Fe2O3, SnO2, and the ratio of Fe to Sn in abnormal blue oxide film is higher than that of the normal one. These results will provide the basis of the further research.
