摘要
以碘作催化剂,由β-萘酚与乙酸酐酰化反应合成了乙酸-β-萘酯。考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、乙酸酐用量对乙酸-β-萘酯产率的影响。结果表明:在无溶剂、3.6 g(0.025 mol)β-萘酚、3.0 mL(0.032 mol)乙酸酐、0.634 5 g(0.002 5 mol)粒状单质碘、反应温度80℃、反应40 min的条件下,乙酸-β-萘酯的产率可达98.0%。
β-naphthyl acetate was prepared by acetylating β--naphthol with acetic anhydride catalyzed by iodine. The effects of reaction time and the amounts of the catalyst and acetic anhydride on the yield were studied. The yield of β-naphthyl acetate was 98.0% under the optimal conditions, solvent free, β-naphthol 3.6 g (0.025 mol), acetic anhydride 3.0 mL (0. 032 mol), iodine 0.634 5 g (0.002 5 tool), reaction time 40 rain and reaction temperature 80℃.
