摘要
用呼吸代谢EMP途径的抑制剂,碘乙酸钠,筛选出经EMS诱变处理的油菜幼胚培养苗的抗碘乙酸钠突变体.抗性系的葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的活性明显高于对照,表明其HMP途径增强.对抗性系后代的多种生物学性状进行试验观察,结果表明:其产量和含油量分别比对照高27.6%和6.55%,并且其油份品质提高,耐菌核病能力增强,成熟期提早.我们认为抗性系的这些优良性状与HMP途径增强直接相关,并提出呼吸代谢EMP途径的抑制剂可以用作油料作物无性系诱发突变体的筛选剂.
The mutants of Brassica napus resistant to sodium iodoacetate were obtained through embryo culture in combination with mutagenic treatment by EMS [ethylmethane sulfonate],and through selection by sodium iodoacetate -- inhibitor of EMP pathway. The activity of G--6--p dehydrogenase of the resistant strain was higher than the control,which indicated that the HAP pathway of the resistant strain was stronger. Experiments and observations of various biological characteristics of the resistant strain showed that it's yield was 27. 6 % higher and the seed oil content was 6. 55 % higher than the control. Moreover,the resistant strain had better oil quality,stronger tolerance to sclerotinia sclerotiorum and ealier mature time. Based on the above results we suggest.that these superior characteristics are directly due to the stronger HMP pathway,and that inhibitors of EMP pathway can be used as selection reagents of the somaclonal induced mutants of oil crops.
