摘要
从甘蓝型油菜与诸葛菜属间杂种(2n=31)自交后代中,鉴定出一个新杂种植株(2n=25)。该新杂种在表型上为亲本中间型,且雄性不育。将其与甘蓝型油菜回交时,通过幼胚培养获得8个回交第一代植株(2n=44)。所有回交后代植株均可育,在花粉母细胞中形成22个二价体。来自诸葛菜的6条染色体可被全部丢失或部分进入末期核,也可在后期Ⅰ运动至细胞一极。首次获得的新材料可用于培育甘蓝型油菜与诸葛菜的附加系,并为研究诸葛菜的染色体组结构提供新信息。
One special hybrid plant(2n=25) was identified among the selfed progeny of intergeneric hybrid (2n=31) between Brassica napus and Orychophragmus violaceus. The hybrid was morphologically intermediate between their parents and highly sterile. Eight BC1 plants (2n=44) were obtained by backcrossing the hybrid to B. napus. All BC1 plants were fertile and 22 bivalents were observed in their pollen mother cells. The six chromosomes appearing as 3 bivalents probably from O. violaceus were totally lost or partially included in telophase nuclei, and also passed to only one pole at anaphase I. This material obtained for the first time should be of great value for the development of B. napus-O. violaceus addition lines,and provided new information for the study of genome structure of O. violaceus.
