摘要
通过提高油菜品种的含油率,培育高产、高产油量的双低油菜新品种。以高含油率的油菜品种(系)栅048和沪油16为亲本,采用品种间复合杂交和辐射诱变相结合的方法,育成高产油量双低油菜新品种沪油039,2012年通过上海市农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种产油量高,在上海市油菜区域试验中,二年平均产油量1407.63kg/hm2,比对照增产15.86%;在全国油菜区域试验中,产油量1198.65kg/hm2,比对照增产3.50%;沪油039抗病性与对照相仿,品质优良,适合在长江下游地区种植。
Increasing the oil content of rapeseed was an important way to breed new Canola varieties with high seed and high oil yield. Huyou 039 was developed by using high oil content variety (lines) Shan 048 and Huyou 16 as parents, through breeding methods of composite hybridization between varieties and radiation mutagenesis. It was examined and approved by the Shanghai Crops Variety Approval Committee in 2012. The oil yield of this variety reached 1407.63 kg/ hm2 in the regional test of Shanghai for two year average, It was increased by 15.86% compared with the control. The oil yield of this variety reached 1198.65 kg/hm2 in the national regional test, which was 3.50% higher than the control. Huyou 039 had the similar resistance to diseases compared with the control, and the oil of this variety have excellent quality ,which was suitable to extension and plant in the downstream area of Yangtze River.
