摘要
液压系统的卸荷是指执行元件不工作时,或者不需要全部流量时,使全部或部分液压泵输出的油液在很低的压力下流回油箱,从而使液压泵处于空载运行的状态。实现液压系统的卸荷既能减少功率损耗,防止系统发热,又能延长泵的使用寿命。论述了3种常用卸荷回路设计和运行中容易出现的问题;介绍了针对卸荷回路存在的问题而采取改进设计的方法。
Relive of hydraulic system makes all or part of hydraulic oil released from the pump returns to tank under lower pressure when actuator doesn't work or doesn't need all the oil, making the hydraulic pump run with no- load, which can not only diminish power loss, prevent hydraulic system from getting hot, but also extend the useful life of pump. The negligent problems in the design and operation of three kinds of normally used relief circuit are analyzed, and corresponding improving measures are introduced.
