摘要
针对液压缸差动回路输出速度受管道液阻及差动工作时换向阀工作状态影响的问题,分析了这些影响因素。指出合理选择液压缸活塞与活塞杆直径之比可以有效减小管道液阻,提高液压缸速度,合理设置差动换向阀工作状态可以提高液压缸运行的平稳性。
Focusing on the problem that velocity of differential circuits of hydraulic cylinder is affacted by flow resistance and the differential work state of directional - control valve, these facters are analyzed. It is pointed out that selecting diameter rate of piston and piston rod reasonably can decrease cube resistance effectively, raise velocity of hydraulic cylinder, setting work state of directional valve reasonably can promote running stability of hydraulic cylinder.
