仓顶盖板数控剪切斜切自动化生产线设计 被引量:1

Design of CNC shearing and oblique cutting automatic production line for the cover plate of steel silo's top

摘要 针对现有仓顶盖板生产线劳动强度高、工作效率低、占地面积大、加工精度低的现状,设计了仓顶盖板数控剪切斜切自动化生产线,简化了仓顶盖板加工步骤。对斜切机调角机构、定速送料装置和剪切机进行了结构改进,并在调角的基础上提出了将定速送料装置送料速度和剪切机滚刀座进给速度进行速度合成的滚剪刀剪切加工方法。为保证剪切时连续送料,斜切机采用同步动态剪切方式,并设计了往复运动机构实现斜切机的动态剪切。该生产线自动化程度高,提高了仓顶盖板的生产效率,缩短了生产线,减少了盖板镀锌层的划伤,延长了钢板仓的使用寿命。 To solve problems of the high labor intensity,low work efficiency,and low processing accuracy of existing production line for the cover plate of steel silo′s top,a new CNC shearing and oblique cutting automatic production line is proposed,and the processing steps are simplified.The chamfering machine angle adjustment mechanism,constant-speed feeding device and shearing machine are structurally improved,and roller shear processing method synthesizing feeding speeds of the constant speed feeding device and the cutter block of shearing machine was proposed on the basis of the angle adjustment.Lastly,to ensure continuous feeding when shearing,the oblique cutting machine adopts synchronous dynamic cutting,and the reciprocating motion mechanism was invented to realize the dynamic shear.The production line is of high degree automation,and can improves the production efficiency of the top cover steel of silo′s,the length of production line is cut down,scratches on the galvanized layer of the cover plate are reduced,and the service life of the cover plate of steel silo′s top is extended.
