摘要
分析中国装备工业发展与制造业中心形成必须在一个逻辑一致的理论框架下挖掘出那些实现两个部门良性互动的影响因素和条件,本文在借鉴演化经济学、企业能力理论以及其它创新研究成果的基础上,给出了一个分析装备工业发展与中国由制造业基地向制造业中心转变的分析框架,并得出需求导向的创新战略是中国装备工业企业在全球价值链中参与竞争的可行战略选择的结论。
The issue of development of China's equipment industry during its transition from world manufacturing base to manufacturing center requires a systematic examination of the conditions and key factors that are supportive of a benign interac- tion between the two sectors. This paper gives a logically consistent framework for this problem based on the products of evolu- tionary economics, the theory of firm capabilities and the other studies on innovation. An important finding is that the demand- oriented innovation strategy is available and feasible for China's equipment enterprises to compete in the world value chains. Accordingly, the focus of industry policy needs a shift from the common technology supply and financial aid to market opportunities creation.
