摘要
EAP(员工帮助计划)是由组织为其成员设置的一项长期的、系统的援助和福利计划,是解决职场压力、提高员工工作绩效的有效措施。应结合过程评估和结果评估两种常见的评估方法,健全EAP的评估体系,注重EAP评估可能遇到的问题,完善员工帮助计划。
EAP (Employee Assistance Programs)is an effective welfare and assistance system which is used to release work stress and promote employees' performance at worksite. This paper begins with the implication of EAP evaluation and proposes a EAP evaluation system, which aims at establishing and completing the evaluation system of EAP. Also, it focuses on two approaches to the evaluation, that is,process evaluation and output evaluation. Finally six problems about the evaluation were explored.
