摘要
目的:评价CT在诊断肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的价值。方法:回顾分析23例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。结果:23例中,CT显示肿块全部或部分位于肾实质内,边界清楚。其中20例CT显示明确脂肪成分而确诊,3例显示脂肪成分不明显而误诊为肾癌。结论:CT能较准确地诊断含脂肪成分的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤,并能显示肿块与周围结构的关系,为临床治疗提供较可靠的信息,而对含脂肪成分较少或不含的肾血管脂肪瘤有一定难度。
Objective To evalute the role of CT in diagnosing renal argimyolipoma （RAL）. Methods The CT appearances on 23 cases of RAL were analysed retrospectively. Results CT showed that the tumor of RAL confined to renal parenchyma totally or partially and appreared as well circumscribed. Of which, 20 cases were accurately diagnosed as RAL, because CT showed fatty tissues distinctly. Other 3 cases were diagnosed as renal cancers by mistake, for no fatty tissues, shown. Conclusion CT can accurately diagnoes a RAL of fat containing, and display relationship with adjacent constructions of tumor and provide reliable information for clinic treatment An accurate diagnoses of RAL with no or few fat containiny is difficult.
