摘要
报道１２例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤，其中１例合并结节硬化症，１１例行手术切除。结合其临床、影像学表现与手术所见和病理变化对照研究，探讨了该病的影像学诊断，重点讨论了其ＣＴ表现及病理基础。
welve cases with renal angiomyolipoma were analysed,11 cases were
verified surgical-ly and histopathologically,and 1 case was diagnosed by the typical
manifestations of CT andtuberous sclerosis,According to clinical and imaging data and contrastive
study with patho-logical changes,the clinical rnanifestations and imaging diagnosis of this disease
were dis-cussed.The CT signs and their pathological basis were predominantly studied.
