摘要
目的了解医专护理专业男女学生性格。方法采用艾森克个性量表对安徽医学高等专科学校护理系158名男女学生进行评定,分析其结果并对男女生进行比较。结果男女护生的性格无差异。结论医学院校学校可扩大对男性护生的招收比例,以满足医院对男护士的需求。
Objective to find out male and female nursing major students personality in Anhui Medical College. Methods 158 male and female nursing major students in Anhui Medical College have been assessed by adopting Eysenck Personality Checklist （EPC）. Test results have been analyzed and comparisons have been made between male and female students. Results Male and female nursing major students display no differences in personality. Conclusion Medical schools should recruit higher percentage of male nursing major students to meet the increasing demands on male nurses on the part of the hospitals.
