In the situation of being lack of agronomist and technician in most of our country＇s rural area, an agronomist service platform based on SMS technology by using mobile as the terminal of agricultural information service will build a fast,convenient,and functional communication channel between the agronomist, new agricultural technology, new achievements and the peasant.It will actually lead the agricultural service of science,technology and marketing information to every ordinary peasant family.
