摘要
首先总结农村信息化经历了基础设施建设、信息资源开发和信息服务运营3个发展阶段,探讨了目前的农村信息服务模式,采用SWOT分析表明通信运营商作为主体具有可持续运营的明显优势。可构建"政府+通信运营商+CP+SP+用户"服务链,以此为特色形成了可持续运营模式,指出了农村信息服务持续运营的体系结构,分析了关键的推广运营机制。回顾了珠海农村信息服务持续运营的实践工作,总结指出通信运营商主导构建农村信息服务产业链,创建可持续运营的农村信息服务具有很好的借鉴示范意义。
The paper summarized three development stages of rural informationization,which were infrastructure-building,resource development and information service.After current rural information service models were discussed,it showed that communication operators as a subject had obvious advantages for sustainable business using SWOT analysis.A new mode of rural information service could be built,based on service chain which included government,communications operators,content provider,service provider,and user.The paper proposed sustainable business architecture of the new service mode,analyzed key mechanism of spreading and business.Combining previous research on sustainable business model,The paper reviewed the ongoing operations of information services in Zhuhai rural areas.It was a good reference and example for creating sustainable business of rural information service and building rural information service industry chain led by communications operators.
