摘要
鲜食糯玉米以食用或加工其青果穗为目的,在制订育种目标时须综合考虑产量、品质、粒色、熟期和抗病虫性等因素;依据基础材料与育种技术手段的不同,选育自交系方法有5种:自然授粉品种资源选系、优良糯玉米杂交种选系、杂(回)交转育法选系、群体改良选系和新技术选系;在新组合筛选时,需注重果穗外观商品性和口感品质的选择;通过常规育种方法和现代生物技术相结合,拓宽种质资源,加强品质鉴定技术和相关性状的遗传规律研究,是我国鲜食糯玉米育种取得突破的关键。
The table waxy corn is used for fresh-cooking or processing and the factors such as yield, quality, kernel color, growing period and resistance to diseases and pests should be considered in mapping out breeding objectives. According to breeding materials and techniques there are five methods in breeding inbred lines： selecting inbred lines from naturally pollinated varieties, selecting inbred lines from elite hybrids, selecting inbred lines by means of crossing （backcrossing）, selecting inbred lines by population improving, and developing inbred lines by new technology. The attention should be paid to the fresh ear＇ s appearance and taste quality in selecting new combinations. Combining conventional breeding methods and modem biological technologies, broadening germplasm resources and enhancing the researches on quality appraising technology and relevant traits＇ heredity rules is the key to the breakthrough of breeding table waxy corn in our country.
