摘要
重点研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测锡时的基体改进剂。实验表明,选用硝酸镍作基体改进剂时,锡的检出限可达0.010μg/ml,灵敏度提高约一个数量级。当用于污水中锡的测定时,回收率达102.0%。
The primary purpose of this study was to select matrix modifiers for the determination of tin by GFAAS.It has been showed that with nickel nitrate as a matrix modifier,the detection limit for the determination of tin by GFAAS is 0.010 μg/ml.The proposod method increases the sensitivity by and order of magnitude,with recovery up to 102.0% for the determination of tin in wastewater by GfAAS.
