摘要
〔目的〕介绍测定食品中锡含量的石墨炉原子吸收方法。〔方法〕以微波消化和干法灰化为前处理 ,并以硝酸钯和硝酸镁为改进剂 ,最终采用石墨炉原子吸收方法进行锡的测定。〔结果〕实验能达到的最低检测限为 0 .0 5 3ng(湿法前处理 )和 0 .0 2 3ng(干法前处理 ) ,精密度为 5 .2 % -8.5 % ,回收率为 85 % -10 8% ,溶液中测量不确定度约为 10 μg/L。〔结论〕该检测方法简便、准确 ,检测灵敏度和精密度均良好。
ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of tin in food.〔Methods〕 We confirm the GFAAS method with the microwave digest and ashing as sample preparation method and Pd(NO 3) 2+Mg(NO 3) 2 as matrix modifiers.〔Results〕 The least detection limit of the wet method is 0.053ng and of the dry method is 0.023ng. The standard deviation is 5.2%-8.5% and the recovery is 85%-108%. The uncertainty of final solution is about 10μg/L.〔Conclusions〕 This method shows simple, accurate, good sensitivity and precision.
