摘要
随着新《医疗事故处理条例》的颁布实施,急诊护理工作面临的责任和风险逐渐增多,面对新的形势、新的规则,有必要重新识别并确定目前存在和潜在的护理风险,加强风险管理。本文对完善规章制度、加强专业培训、提高业务水平、加强护患沟通、合理使用有限人力资源等护理行为进行了综合分析。识别并防范可能导致医疗纠纷的风险因素,目的在于维护病人权益的同时,用法律保护自己的合法权益,预防因护理过失而引发的医疗纠纷。
Along with the of new Malpractice-handling Regulations, the responsibilities and risks faced by emergency nursing become more and more. It is necessary to recognize and define the existent and potential nursing risks again and strengthen the risk management under the new situation and new principles. The article analyzed the related nursing behaviors synthetically, including perfecting nursing principles and systems, strengthening specialty training, elevating professional level, improving nurse-patient communication, and utilizing nursing human resources reasonably. Recognize and be on guard of the risk factors which could result medical disputes to guarantee the legal fights of patient as well as nurse and avoid medical disputes caused by nursing behaviors.
