摘要
介绍浙江医科大学邵逸夫医院建院3年来,始终坚持“以病人为中心”的指导思想,坚持以强有力的组织保障和严密的制度落实为先导,坚持以提高医疗质量,减轻病人负担,保护病人权益,尊重病人人格和提供一流的医院环境为主要内容,为病人提供全面、优质的医疗服务。
Management experience in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital is introduced in this paper. The Hospital operates under the philosophy of 'Everything for the patient'as the primary goal. This meas that the organization and management is conducted so that there will he high quality of care,efficiently carried so that the patients' burden will be lightened and the patients will be promptly cared for. The patients'privacy will be protected and employees are expected to be compassionate and understand of the needs of the sick and their families.
