摘要
“以人为本”是现代教育理念的核心内容,确立“以人为本”的高教管理理念是教育管理改革与创新的时代要求。“以人为本”的教育管理理念是建立在对人潜在能力的充分信任和对人的自由与全面发展的追求基础上,高校管理的以人为本内涵就是对教师学生进行人本化管理,为教学科研活动创造宽松和谐的学术氛围,达到教育以育人为本,以学生为主体;办学以人才为本,以教师为主体的目的。
The human-centered concept is the core content in the modern education system, and es- tablishing this concept is what the era requires us in the reformation and innovation of higher education management. This concept is based on the adequate confidence in people＇s potential and the pursuit of people＇s freedom and all-around development. The meaning of this concept is the human-centered management of teachers and students, as well as the creation of relaxed and harmonious academic atmosphere in teaching and scientific research. And the motive is to achieve the aim that education should regard teaching as the base and the students as the main part, and that schooling should regard talented people as the base and the teachers as the main part.
