摘要
高校要充分贯彻党管人才原则,通过更新观念、创新机制、科学管理,为人才成长提供新的机制和平台,最大限度地发挥人才的积极作用,在全校真正形成“尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造”的浓厚氛围,使人才强校、人才强国战略切实落到实处。
The head of universities should fully implement the principle that Chinese Communist Party manages the talent work. By rejuvenating concepts, bringing forth new regulations, managing scientifically, dynamic management systems for the development of talents should be established to bring an active function of the talents into full play so that the atmosphere of respecting labor, respecting knowledge, respecting talents and respecting creation can be introduced all around the university, thus fulfilling the strategy of strengthening universities by talents and strengthening country by talents.
