摘要
使用Ryff心理幸福感量表对某两所高校的193名管理人员施测,探讨影响高校管理人员心理幸福感的因素,为高校实施“以人为本”的管理理念提供理论依据。
On the basis of measuring 193 university staff from certain two universities with Ryff Psychology Well-being, the authors analyzed the factors influencing their psychological well-being, and supplied academic foundation for humanistic management of colleges and universities.
