摘要
教师幸福的追寻需要社会和教师共同努力。就社会而言:给“圣化”的教师形象“祛魅”,奉持合理的教师角色期望;正视教师的职业倦怠,提供有助于职业成功的机会和条件;优化教师职场环境,保障职业生涯中的正当权益。就教师自身而言:克服职场病态,形成追求人生幸福的积极态度;完善自身心性素养,形成属于“我”的幸福尺度;领悟职业使命的真谛,引领学生走向幸福人生;追求“自我实现”,体现生命价值。
As a union of individual and social needs, the teacher's happiness is his experience acquired through his satisfaction with his personal needs and realization of his potentialities, a result acquired through a combination of his subjective efforts and objective opportunities, an individual's positive value judgment on his existence and work conditions, and a spiritual force with a character of educational momentum. The pursuit of teacher happiness needs social and teachers; common efforts.
