管理学的核心是效能和绩效。智力资源管理效能的关键是如何利用无形的智慧。通过对智力资源管理效能的研究分析,得出解决智力资源管理效能问题的对策。
The core of management is efficiency and performance. The key point of the efficiency of intellectual resources management is how to make good use of invisible wisdom. This paper educes some countermeasures of promoting the efficiency of intellectual resources management through the study on the efficiency of intellectual resources management.
