摘要
2009年4月6日、7日中共中央、国务院公布了《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的若干意见》和《医药卫生体制改革近期重点实施方案(2009-2011)》,公立医院将逐步取消目前的药品加成,必将对医院的收入构成影响。该文从药品加成政策在医院收入中的作用方面,回顾性分析某市医院2005～2010年收入结构情况和取消后的影响度,并对今后政府和医院的应对策略提出建议。
On the 6th and 7th of April,2009,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Department published ＂Some Suggestions on Deepening the Reform of Medical Health System＂ and ＂Recent Important Schemes on Medical Health System Reform（2009-2011）＂.The public hospitals will gradually cancel the present way of drug price addition,and this will definitely affect the hospitals＇ incomes.The article reviews the influence of the policy of drug price addition,and the policy＇s function in hospitals＇ income.The article also analyzes the income structure in hospitals in XX City from the year of 2005 to 2010,the degree of effect after the cancelling and the experiences of the development of thhospitals in XX City.At the end,the article puts forward some suggestions on the measures for the government after canceling the policy of drug price addition.
