摘要
目的:考察金银花及其复方制剂的含药血清抑菌效果。方法:采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定方法和抑菌活性试验方法。结果:金银花含药血清和银黄口服液含药血清对大肠杆菌的MIC都为1μg/mL;对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为0.5μg/mL和0.25μg/mL,含药血清抑菌活性为高敏。结论:金银花及其复方制剂的含药血清具有较强的抑菌作用。
Purpose： To examine antibacterial activities about serum with flos lonicerae and its oral liquid. Method： Determination of minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） and antibacterial activity test was used. Result：The MIC of serum with flos lonicerae and its Yinhuang oral liquid against escherichia coli were 1μg/ mL;that of against staphylococcus aureus were 0 .5μg/mL and 0.25 μg/mL.The result of antibacterial activities from serum with drug is high sensitivity. Conclusion：Serum with flos lonicerae and its oral liquid have strong function of antibacterial.
