摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法研究红花特定(指纹)图谱。方法:选用 C_(18)色谱柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm);以乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相梯度洗脱:A 与 B 的比例由5:9520:8030:7040:60100:0;检测波长0~23min 为350 nm,23.01~32 min 为280 nm,32.01~50 min 为254 nm;运行时间50 min。结果:确定了红花35个共有峰,色谱峰分离良好。结论:方法简单、重复性良好,可用于红花的质量控制。
Abstract Objective: To study specific (fingerprint) chromatogram of Flos Carthami by HPLC. Methods: The column used was Phenomenex Cls (5μm,4. 6 mm × 150 mm), the mobile phase used was CH3CN(A) -0. 2% H3PO,(B) with gradient elution A-B(5:95)→0-20min20:80→20-30min30:70→30-40min40:60→40-50min100:0 and the detection wavelength were 350 nm(0 -23 min) ,280 nm(23.01 -32 min) and 254 nm(32. 01 -50 min) respectively. Results:35 common peaks were indicated on. Conclusion:The method is simple, reproducible and can be used as a quality control method for Flos Carthami.
