摘要
本文主要从花药培养、组织培养、原生质体培养、转基因技术四个方面阐述了生物技术在亚麻上的研究和应用的历史、现状及存在问题,并且还提出了一些解决问题的方法。
This article demonstrated the histo ry ,situation and problems of studying and applying of biotechniqueon flax and gave some me thods of solving them .The discussio n included:anther culture,tissue culture,protoplasm culture and genetic transformation.
