摘要
临床医师的领导力是指:临床医师通过对医护小组和病人群体(病人、家属、单位)的影响,实现患者利益最大化的一种综合能力。文章讨论了临床医师领导力的对象和作用,而这方面的能力体现在交流沟通、政策解读、技术综合、监督管理和活动的组织策划方面。对于临床医师领导力的培养,除了具有阶段性的特点以外,需要从个人形象素质、平时自学、科室传承和阶段性培训着手。
The leader ability of the clinical doctor is a integrated ability of the clinical doctor which can realize the patient＇ biggest advantages through affecting the doctor and nurse team and the patient colony which include the patient, the dependents and the unit. Discuss the object and the function of the leader ability of the clinical doctor and the ability is in the person of communication, policy understanding, integrated technology, supervisions, the organization and the mastermind. In order to strengthen the leader ability of the clinical doctor, we should pay more attention in the individual visualize, the self-culture, the leader teaching and some special training.
