摘要
本文通过分析当前浙江建筑企业外向经营过程中存在的主要问题,在总结浙江优势民营建筑企业外向经营实践经验的基础上,提出浙江建筑企业外向发展的总体方向应该是走出浙江省、走出建筑业,全力突破企业经营的地域界限和产业界限,从有利于提高我国建筑企业的综合竞争力出发,针对“浙江省建筑企业尤其是国有背景的建筑企业集团如何实施外向型发展战略”这个主题,提出了十个方面的建议和对策。
The article puts forward an overall orientation for the export-oriented development of Zhejiang construction enterprises after analyzing the main problems existing and summarizing the practical experience of the dominating private construction enterprises by breaking its bounds of business region and industry in full strength in order to step out of the province and the construction field. With consideration of improving the comprehensive competitive strength of the Zhejiang construction enterprises, it raises suggestions and countermeasures in ten respects for Zhejiang construction enterprises and especially for that of state-run construction group enterprises.
