摘要
中国民族的理论思维中早已存在对“和谐”的哲学探索。当前社会良好的发展形势为构建和谐的中国农村社会,提供了历史契机。中国农村土地资源相对匮乏,土地制度效率不高,对教育重视程度不高,部分党员干部素质下降,治安混乱;所以加快城镇化进程,发展教育事业,加强基层组织的建设,抓好社会治安成为建立和谐社会,不可回避的问题。针对和谐农村的概念,提出了构建和谐农村面临的问题,并针对这些问题给出了相应的应对措施。
The philosophy study of ＂harmony＂ has been going on m our nauonal tneories.Our excellent improvement condition provides the historical opportunity for constructing the harmonies countryside. It is well-known that our land resource is relatively scarce, land system efficiency low, education paid less attention, some party member and cadre out of the time and social environment bad. It is an inevitable problem to improve the education, build the floor organization and make social security better. The countryside problem is inevitable during the course of constructing the harmonious society. In this paper, the problems faced in constructing the harmonious countyside are put forward and the methods for solving them are provided according to the problems advanced as above.
