摘要
农村信用社的经营管理必须立足于农民,而我国农村信用社服务对象错位,忽略农民主体作用,导致农民对信用社依存度低和信用社信贷资产不良。文章在对农村信用社经营现状分析的基础上,建立了农村信用社满意度的模型,对农村信用社的产品和服务进行评价,从而为农村信用改善绩效提出了理论指导。文章同时指出进行农村信用社满意度分析的现实意义。
The operation and management of the rural credit cooperatives must be based on the peasants. However, the rural credit cooperatives in China are servicing the wrong purposes, neglecting the principal target groups, which are the peasants, and resulting in their little dependency on rural credit cooperatives and bad credit assets. In this paper, a satisfaction model of the rural credit cooperatives is built so as to evaluate the products and services of rural credit cooperatives, which provides an academic guidance for improving their performance. At the end, it points out the significance of carrying out the satisfaction survey.
