摘要
根据《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》,探讨社会主义新农村的内涵和特征,结合有关研究成果和石家庄市社会主义新农村发展的特点,提出了建设社会主义新农村评价指标体系,对石家庄市建设社会主义新农村提出了量化的目标。
According to the ＂CPC Central Committee on the development of the national economy and social development in the 10th FiveYear Plan′s recommendations＂ to explore the connotation and features of a new socialist countryside,combined to the relevant research results and a new socialist countryside development characteristics,index system and quantifiable targets of building new socialist countryside in Shijiazhuang City was proposed.
