摘要
为综合开发利用秦川牛产品,进一步优化牛心肌细胞色素C提取工艺条件,试验以秦川牛心肌为材料,采用酸化水提取,人造沸石吸附,硫酸铵盐析,三氯乙酸沉淀,透析后测定其细胞色素C含量。结果表明,所制备的细胞色素C定性鉴别正常,比色定量测定平均收率为146.3mg/kg,优于文献报导的结果,说明采用这种方法提取牛心肌细胞色素C是可行的。
In order to develop synthetic utilities of Qinchuan Cattle proauct,catue neart musecle cytochrome C extraction technology condition was studied. Cytochrome C was extracted from cattle heart muscle through acid liquid, Permuted adsorption, ammonium sulfate salting out, TCA Precipitating and dialysis. The results obtained show that preparation cytochrome C is normal and determination average absorbing rate is 146.3mg/kg, Adopt technology to extract cytochrome C is practicable way.
