摘要
１９９２年春季在河南焦作、郑州、新乡等地对产蛋鸡进行了流行病学调查、临床症状及病理剖检变化的观察，并通过病毒的分离和初步鉴定，确认该地流行鸡产蛋下降综合症。把分离出的毒株与ＥＤＳ－１２７标准毒株进行交叉ＨＩ试验，证实均为同一血清型的病毒，但其流行特点与文献报导不同。
Egg Drop Syndrome(EDS)is a virus infectious disease characterized by eggdropping and soft eggs,which is,caused by a member of adenoviridae. In the spririg of1992,invetigation was carried out on EDS iii epidemiology,clinical signs and pathology inJiaozhuo,Zhengzhou and Xinxiang.Five strains of EDS virus were isolated,one of whichwas primarily identified,The results indicated that EDS extensively occurted in Henan. The comparision of isolated strain M_1 with standard strain 127 by cross heamagglutinationinhibition(HI)test showed that the two strains were the identical serotype.It was foundthat the epidemic trait oi EDS occurring in Henan differed with what had been reported,which is left to be researched further.
