直流输电工程阀冷系统在线仪表可靠控制策略 被引量:10

摘要 阀冷系统是高压直流输电工程换流阀的必要辅助系统,通过准确采集冷却回路的温度、流量、压力、液位、电导率等在线仪表信号,实时反映阀冷系统当前运行的真实工况,有效控制阀冷系统各机电单元可靠动作,达到节能环保、高效冷却的目的,保证换流阀安全、稳定、可靠运行。根据直流输电的可靠性要求,结合不可修复系统可靠性分析理论,提出了阀冷系统在线仪表采用三选二冗余方式的经济性和可靠性,总结出阀冷系统在线仪表在故障自检、报警输出和判断取值等方面完整的可靠控制策略。 The valve cooling system is the necessary auxiliary system of the converter valve in the HVDC transmission project.In order to guarantee safety and reliable running of the converter valve,achieve the energy conservation environmental protection and the high efficiency cooling the goal,it can efficiently control reliable action of every mechatronic element in the valve-cooling system and simultaneously reflect the currently running the real condition by acquisition signals of the flowmeters,the pressure meters,the thermometers,the Liquid Level meters and the conductivity meters in the cooling circuit.In the light of the requirement to reliabihty of protective relayings for HVDC power transmission system,based on the principle of reliabihty analysis for unrepairable systems,the redundancy mode named "two out of three"mode is mainly analyzed,and by means of comprehensive comparison in reliability and economy.The conclusion is obtained that the method in fault self-diagnosis,alarm output and value judgment of on-line instrument of Valve cooling System are complete and reliable control strategies.
