摘要
目的 从微生态学角度探讨悬突引起牙周炎的机制 ,揭示悬突对牙周组织的危害性。方法 检测5 68个有悬突牙及 5 68个对照牙的GI和PD ,采集龈下菌斑以刚果红染色 ,测其龈下菌群的细菌组成。结果 悬突牙组的GI、PD明显高于对照牙组 ,其螺旋体、杆菌及球菌较对照牙组有显著性差异。结论 悬突改变牙周微生态环境 ,使龈下菌群细菌组成发生变化 ;临床治疗中要加强悬突的防治。
Objective To probe into the mechanism of periodontitis caused by overhanging in the view of microecology and to illuminate the damage of overhanging to periodontal tissue. Methods GI and PD of 568 teeth with overhanging and 568 teeth without were measured. Subgigival plaque samples were collected, dyed with Congo Red and the composition of subgingival plaque was examined. Results GI and PD of overhanging group are higher than the other group; the quantities of spirochetes, and coccus of overhanging group differ significantly between the two groups. Conclusion This indicates that overhanging can change the periodontal microecological environment; Dentists should reinforce the prevention and treatment of overhanging.
