电针对大鼠脊髓损伤组织GSH-Px和Mg^(2+)的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨电针对大鼠脊髓损伤后组织中谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶GSH-Px和镁离子Mg2+的影响。方法:用BBB评分法和斜板试验来评价大鼠脊髓损伤后及药物、电针治疗后的运动功能,用HE染色法来观察脊髓损伤区周围组织的变化情况,并检测脊髓损伤组织中GSH-Px和Mg2+的变化,辅以组织学佐证。结果:电针可以减轻脊髓损伤区的继发性损害,使损伤区的GSH-Px的活性升高和Mg2+的含量明显升高。治疗组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。治疗组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:电针对大鼠脊髓损伤有治疗作用,并能促进脊髓功能的恢复。 Objective:To explore theeffects of electro-acupuncutre on GSH-Px and Mg^(2+) after spinal cordinjury in rats.Methods:The motor functions after spinal cord injury in rats and being reated with medicine or electro-acupuncture were detected by methods of BBB score and inclined plane.The microstructures in the injured area of the spinal cord were observed by HE.Results:Electro-acupuncture can alleviate the secondary damage after the spinal cord injury,and GSH-Px and Mg of the spinal cord elevated.There were significant difference between the control group and the treatmet groups(P<0.01),no significant difference between the treated groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture could play a therapeutic role in secondary damage and promote the recovery of the motor function after spinal cord injury in rats.
