丹参对脊髓损伤后血清钙、镁、锌、铜含量的影响 被引量:20

The Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Four Elements in Serum of Rabbits with Spinal Cord Injury

摘要 目的 :了解复方丹参对损伤的脊髓组织的保护作用 ;方法 :采用改良 Allen氏 WD装置以 1 5 0 gcf打击能量致伤成年兔 L2 脊髓节段 ,术后治疗组用复方丹参注射液静脉推注 ,对照组等量生理盐水静脉推注。术前、术后 30 min,8h,2 4 h,7d用原子吸收分光光度法测定血清中钙、镁、锌、铜元素的含量。结果 :兔脊髓损伤后血清中钙、铜含量迅速升高 ,而锌镁含量迅速降低。治疗组注射复方丹参后血清中的钙、铜含量较对照组低 ,锌、镁含量较对照组高 ,部分接近正常值。结论 :证实复方丹参抑制脊髓损伤后血清中钙镁、锌、铜含量的异常变化 ,促进其恢复平衡 ,对脊髓损伤起到保护作用。 Objective:To study the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on Ca 2+Mg 2+Zn 2+Cu 2+in serum of rabbits with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods: Sixteen rabbits were divided randomly into two groups, the control group(n=8) and the treated group(n=8). The injury at the level of L 2 spinal segment of the rabbits in these two groups were made by dropping a weight of 15g from a height 10cm after a total laminectomly from L 1~3segments. Rabbits in the treated group were given salvia miltiorrhiza while those in the control group had the same volume of normal saline. The contents of calcium?magnesium?zinc?copper were measured by AAS.Results:A significant serum calcium and copper increase, zinc and magnesium decrease were seen by comparision with the pre-injury,while in the treated group the serum calcium and copper value were significantly lower than that of the control group, and zinc and magnesium value were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza can refrain the chang of calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper value in serum of rabbits with SCI and has some protective effects on contused spinal cord in rabbits.
