摘要
NaCl(OH-)晶体中的(F2+)H色心是理想的激光工作心。本文设计一个系统实验,测定了室温光聚集和液氮温度光聚集过程NaCl(OH-)光谱性质变化,研究了此过程(F2+)H1和(F2+)H2色心的形成,探讨了(F2+)H色心的结构和性质。获得浓度较高、稳定性好的(F2+)H激光工作心。
It is an idea laser active medium for (F2+ ) H color center in NaC1(OH- ) crystal. The authors designed a systematic experiment, measured the optical properties for NaC1 (OH- ) crystal during the process of room temperature light aggregation and liquid nitrogen temperature light aggregation, researched the formation of (F2+ )H and (F2+ ) H2 color centers and discussed the structure and properties of (F2+ )H color center. The (F2+ )H color center with high concentration and fine stability was obtained in the crystal.
