摘要
论述并分析了新型复合材料碳素纤维增强聚四氟乙烯在军事装备上作为减振垫材料的应用研究及试验情况,讨论了复合工艺参数对碳素纤维增强聚四氟乙烯性能的影响。该新型材料取代原使用材料后,可大大提高装备的耐腐蚀性、安全性、可靠性,大大延长了使用寿命。
This paper presents and analyzes the application researching and testing circumstances of new compound material CFRP as damping pad material in military equipment. The influence of compound technology parameter on CFRP′S performance is discussed. After the replacement of lead material by this new material, the corrosion resistance, safety, reliability and service life of equipment has been greatly raised.
