摘要 研究了化学沉积NiP(4.0%、10.0%wt)合金的组织与性能的关系。磷含量影响NiP合金的组织,且随热处理变化。4.0%P合金系晶态过饱和固溶体,10.0%P合金为非晶态,加热过程中发生转变: Ni-P合金层加热到400℃,硬度达到最大值,4.0%P合金磨损体积最小,而10.0%P合金的耐磨性随热处理温度提高而增加;以Ni_3P为基体的两相混合物的耐磨性优于固溶体和非晶态。 The relation between structure and propertes of electroless deposited Ni P alloy has been studied. The stucture of Ni-P alloy changed with phosphorus content and heat treatment. The P4%-alloy was a erystalline saturated solid solu tion, while p10% alloy was amorphous. The phase transformations with heat treating were as follows: Saturated solid solution→Ni_3P+Solid Solution, Amorphous state Ⅰ→Ni(f. c. e)+Amorphons state Ⅱ→Ni_3P+Ni. The P4% alloy reached its maximum hardness after being heat treated at 400℃. The wear resistance properties of tow phase mix ture were better than those of solid solution or amorphous state.
