摘要
研究了非离子、阳离子、高分子类型的六种表面活性剂对PTFE(聚四乙烯)在镀液中均匀悬浮的作用,并讨论了它们对镀覆速度的影响,找到了两种表面活性剂作为Ni-P-PTFE化学复合镀的悬浮亲水添加剂。
Six surfactants including macromolecule,non-ion, and cation were studied as additives in Ni-P-PTFE electro-less composite plating. The effects of the surfactants on suspended character of PTFE particle and plating rate of Ni-P-PTFE were discussed. The mixture of one cation surfactant and one non-ion surfactant was selected as the affinity and suspention for PTFE in composite plating.
