摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对当前高校体育教育专业体操课程的教学现状进行了分析,并着重提出了体操课程改革的思路与设想。为进一步论证改革思路的科学性、可行性和可操作性,又进行了实验研究,结果表明,这一研究在教学观念更新、教学效果提高等方面均取得了较好的效果。
By methods of literature review, questionnaire, interview, and mathematical statistics, the writer analyses the status quo of gymnastics course in physical education major of teaching in colleges and universities and suggestions were put forward about gymnastics course reform, which were further tested by scientific research. The results indicated that these suggestions were scientific, practical, and effective in renovating and improving gymnastics teaching.
