本文介绍一种90°弯管纤维缠绕机,它由一台电机提供动力并控制运动。缠绕机的缠绕台连续回转,90°弯管芯模由凸轮摆杆机构操纵实现往复摆动,将浸渍过树脂的纤维或带按预定线型缠绕在芯模上,固化后即可得90°纤维缠绕管。螺旋缠绕和环向缠绕的变换由变速箱中的电磁离合器控制,缠绕角的变化由可变链轮组控制。文中介绍了线型设计及工艺实验,为工程应用提供了依据。
This winding machine is controlled by a motor.The winding table is rotated continuously; and the elbow mandrel is moved back and forth by a machinery of cam and rod.The filament and strip soaked with resin are wound on the elbow mandrel according to the predetermined pattern.
