微机控制缠绕90°弯管的CAD

摘要 本文讨论在微机控制的纤维缠绕机上缠绕中间段为弧形管,两端为圆柱管,过渡段为圆台的90°弯管的运动规律,建立了简化的数学模型,运用坐标变换和非测地线稳定缠绕概念,给出了纤维缠绕90°弯管的运动方程,设计了CAD程序,绘制了线型,为工程应用提供了依据。 The kinematic regularity of a 90° elbow pipe on the winding machine by com- puter controlled was discussed in the paper. The middle section of the pipe is a curved tube, and its end section is a cylindrical tube, its interim section between the middle and the end is a cone. The simplified mathematic model was established and the kinematic equations for fila- ment winding on a 90° elbow pipe using coodinates transformation and concept about non- geodesic winding etc. were given in this paper. A CAD program was designed and the winding parttem also was drawn in this paper. These could be the basic data for processing design.
