摘要
本文是笔者通过在用户现场遇到的问题及解决过程经理论分析整理而成，主要分析了机械式缠绕机工作中绕丝嘴距芯模表面距离的变化、小车往返一次芯模转数、链节数的增减对工艺过程的影响及如何加以利用，并经实践证明切实可行。
The mutual influence among a few parameters used by mechanical winding machine such as the change between pay eye and mandrel surface or mandrel revolutions whole carriage to and fro one time or the change of chain length is analysed in this paper This paper also discussed how to make use of those influences. This method has been verlfied to be applicable by the on site winding operations.
