摘要
实习是实践的核心内容,实习的各种安排和设计直接影响到学生的专业操作技能和服务应变能力。旅游管理专业针对旅游市场的人才需求特点,以人才培养为中心,逐渐形成了由认识性实习———上岗性实习———顶岗性实习的阶梯式实习模式,并摸索出实习的评价方式。同时,在制度建设、质量监控、基地建设等方面也得到加强,确保实习的质量与效果。
The practice is the core of tourism management major. The various arrangement and the designs of the practice directly influence the skills and the service adaptability of the majors. To satisfy the growing demands from the tourism market, we put forth a stepping practice model, i. e. from cognitive practice probationary practice employable practice. We have also found out the proper way of practice evaluation. For the quality and the effect of the practice, meanwhile, we have perfected the practice system, strengthen the quality supervision and constructed the practice bases.
