摘要
在0.1mol/LHAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH4.3)中,阿霉素出现一灵敏的示波极谱导数还原峰,其峰电位为-0.46V(vs.SCE),峰高与阿霉素的浓度在1.0×10-7~2.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系。相关系数为0.9970,检出限为4.0×10-8mol/L。用于病人尿样的测定,得到满意的结果。用线性扫描与循环伏安法等手段研究体系的极谱与伏安行为。测得参与电极反应的电子数和质子数均为2;扩散系数为1.37×10-6cm2/s。实验表明,该体系属具有吸附性的可逆过程。
A sensitive reduction peak of adriamycin (ADM) is observed by single-sweep os cillopolarography in 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH 4. 3). The peak potential is -0.46 V(vs. SCE). A linear relationship holds between the peak current and the concentra tion range of 1.0×10-7~2. 0×10-6 mol/L with a detection limit of 4. 0× 10-8 mol/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace ADM in urine. Both the electron num ber and proton number involved in the electroreduction are 2. The diffusion coefficient D is 1. 37 ×10-6 cm2/s. The electrode reaction is a reversible process with adsorptive characteris 2. tics.
